GoMode Games (“we”, “us”, “our”) develops and publishes mobile games, applications, websites, and online services (collectively, our “Services”). d) Gameplay & usage

• Game progress, level stats, rewards, rankings, bug/crash data.

• Device info: IP, device ID, browser/OS, usage logs.

• Collected via cookies, SDKs, analytics tools.

e) User interaction

• Forum/chat usernames, message content, timestamps, IPs to ensure safe conduct .

f) Ads & personalization

• Age, gender, ad interactions, device IDs.

• Used to tailor ads and content.

• Opt-out available (see Section 6).

g) Surveys & contests

• May collect name, birthdate, mailing/email info, used to administer prizes or promotions Ubisoft.

h) Customer support

• Data such as name, account info, device info, and game data used to resolve support queries.

4. How long do we retain personal data?

We retain your data only as long as needed to serve its purpose—e.g., until account closure or as legally required. Data related to disputes or misconduct may be retained longer.

5. How is personal data shared?

We may share your data with:

• Affiliates and subsidiaries involved in delivering Services.

• Service providers (payment, hosting, analytics, moderation).

• Advertising partners for personalized ads (opt-out available).

• Acquirers/merging third parties if business ownership changes.

• Withdraw consent or opt‑out of newsletters, emails, or personalized ads through settings or “Limit Ad Tracking” / “Opt-out of Ads Personalisation” on mobile devices

• Delete your account by contacting support.

• Restrict processing by contacting support.

• File complaints with data authorities if unsatisfied.

We process data based on:

• Contractual necessity to operate Services.

• Legitimate interests like security, support, analytics.

• Your consent for optional features and ads.
